Viccy Wanliss

Viccy Wanliss is a Solo Guitarist, offering performances in a range of genres: Fingerstyle, Looping, Jazz, Latin American and Classical guitar. She also performs a selection of her original compositions. 

Although her demo CD has been played on Fine Music Radio, for many years, she is very proud to have her original début CD, Pieces of Time on their play list now as well. Her compositions are current, but unique, drawing from many stylistic influences.

With an interest in art, Viccy has performed at numerous large art festivals, including Artmode, Tulbagh Spring Arts Festival, and at the Pieces and Puzzles exhibition at the Lovell Gallery. 

Viccy has also put together an educational performance, explaining the development of the guitar, from it's conception to modern day use, performing pieces that illustrate the stylistic trends.
