Ray Wicksell is an American former professional athlete, businessman and motivational speaker, who comfortably combines the lessons learnt from both his fields of expertise.  His tremendous amount of positive, infectuous energy and great story telling inspire his audience to improve their performance in the Customer service / sales environment by seeing things from a different perspective.

Having run 24 "sub-4 minute miles" against the best in the world has equipped him with the mental toughness needed to succeed.
