Adagio Strength Act

An adage / adagio act is where two dancers (male and female) perform intricate lifts, acrobatic and balancing movements incorporated into a beautiful flowing dance performance with the male doing all the lifting and throwing of the girl.

A Strength Act is similar to an adage but is a lot more static and includes a lot of movements where the couple balance and show off their strength with working together to create a shape or movement, this takes a lot of strength, focus and counter balancing techniques to perfect. This act can either be male and female duo or male male duo.
