The Jazz Minkeys

The Jazz Minkeys is a vibrant new 8 piece Jazz show band, the line up features the cream of the crop of jazz musicians in KZN including head staff of UKZN music dept Neil Gonsalves on Piano and Demi Fernandez on Guitar, 2016 Idols top 8 finalist Nosihe Zulu on vocals, self recorded Artists Zoe Masuku on vocals and Ildo Nandja on Bass and Double Bass, SAs young up and coming fiery drummer Riley Giandhari on Kit, Ozzy born Tom hare on sax/flute and Daniel Sheldon on trumpet/Flugel Horn. This is a fun and entertaining band that covers a vast repertoire of material from 1920s Speakeasy Jazz to some Current material, songs from New York to Rio to Cape Town and some original material. We can bring a great Gatsby, prohibition era Speakeasies  vibe to an Event with an enjoyable stage presence.
